Edward Timmons, better known as Shy Boogs, is an American music producer and songwriter from Clifton, New Jersey. Throughout his career Shy Boogs has worked with artists such as Fetty Wap, Chris Brown, Omarion, Poison Ivory, Audrey Rose, DMX, The Lox and Swizz Beats.
Shy started out as a singer but began producing when he was 20 years old. In 2007 Shy opened up So Amazin’ Studios in his New Jersey hometown where he’s one of the head engineers and producers. The studio initially consisted of The Red Room until an expansion in 2011 when The Gallery Room was added. In 2012 Shy signed a publishing deal with EMI/Sony ATV.
His most recent and notable works inlcudes production on Fetty Wap’s tracks “Time” and “Again,” both of which appear on Fetty Wap’s debut album Fetty Wap.
